How We Eat It
For us, this is lunch - every day.
We’ve worked up to completely replacing our midday meal with this bowl,
because it guarantees our bodies get the nutrients they need before the day runs away.
No cooking, no reheating, no decisions.
Just open the container, drizzle olive oil, add a pinch of salt, mix - done.
From fridge to fuel in under a minute.
Why It Works for Us
By handling nutrition at lunch, we free up the rest of the day.
Dinner becomes the time for enjoyment - not guilt.
We can eat whatever we like (within reason) because we’ve already given our bodies what they need.

You’ll be surprised how just one extra ingredient can change the whole feel of the bowl - new taste, new texture, same balance.
Sometimes we’ll add:
- Green olives - for a savoury lift and extra healthy fats.
And for those who aren’t vegan or vegetarian, you can include:
- Diced chicken breast, lightly fried in coconut oil.
- Chicken liver pâté, rich in iron and minerals.
- Cooked salmon steaks, for omega-3s and clean protein.
- Or any other fresh, cooked meat that fits your routine and taste.
The principle stays the same: keep it real, keep it balanced - and let the flavour evolve with you.
Adding chicken, salmon, or pâté simply makes the bowl more complete - higher in protein, richer in key nutrients like iron, B12, and omega-3s, and more satisfying overall.
It doesn’t change the philosophy - it just adds variety, balance, and a little extra fuel when you need it, for example during your training routine.
